Mr. Gill has experience with all commercial property types with a specialization in healthcare properties.
Prior to founding GILL Real Estate Advisory, Mr. Gill was the national healthcare practice leader for JLL Valuation Advisory, a leading international valuation firm, and was a managing director at Integra Realty Resources–DFW before being acquired by JLL.
Mr. Gill got his start in valuation at Crown Appraisal Group in Columbus, Ohio. He re-located to Dallas in the mid 2000's and opened an office there with several employees.
In addition to healthcare, his appraisal experience includes office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, self-storage, manufactured housing, land, and others.
Mr. Gill started his professional career in information technology working at KeyBank, Andersen Consulting, and Computer Associates as a programmer/analyst and consultant.
